Validity of Class Passes
• 10-Block Pass: No expiration date.
• 20-Block Pass: No expiration date.
Terms and Conditions
1. No Expiration:
• Purchased class blocks are valid indefinitely and can be used at any time, subject to studio availability.
• However, the studio reserves the right to review and adjust pricing for unused blocks if the pass is used
after significant time has passed from the date of purchase (e.g., over 12 months).
2. Non-Transferable:
• Class passes are strictly personal and cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted to another person.
3. Refund Policy:
• No Refunds or Returns: Class passes, once purchased, cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of whether they
are partially or fully unused. No exceptions will be made.
4. Bookings and Cancellations:
• Sessions must be pre-booked, and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing the session from the block.
• Missed sessions without proper notice will be deducted from the block.
5. Studio Rules:
• Clients are expected to arrive on time for their sessions. Late arrivals may result in shorter sessions or the session being forfeited.
• Proper attire (e.g., comfortable athletic wear) and clean socks are required during classes.
6. Health and Liability:
• Clients confirm that they are in good health and able to participate in physical activities.
• The studio is not liable for any injuries sustained during classes unless due to gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the studio or its staff.
7. Data Protection (DSGVO):
• By purchasing a class pass, clients agree to the storage and processing of their personal data for the purpose of
booking management and studio operations, in accordance with the GDPR (DSGVO).
Additional Notes
• Clients are advised to consult with a physician before starting any new exercise program, especially if they have pre-existing health conditions.
• For group classes, the studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions if the minimum number of participants is not met. Clients will be informed in advance.
By purchasing a class pass or participating in classes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

• Clients have the right to:

• Request correction or deletion of their data.
• Object to the processing of their data.
• File a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
